Our strategy is to take advantage of the many higher yielding opportunities that are a bit more complicated than the average single site warehouse with a well known branded tenant.
We actively look for investment opportunities that are “off the radar” and more often than not these will not be obtained through a public tender process. Negotiated transactions appeal much more to us as do opportunities to provide a solution for a tenant and or owner.
Industrial and warehouse properties can be old and dull looking but this does not affect the underlying value of a lease investment if the location is good and the premises have alternative uses to that of the current tenant.

The manager receives no incentive fee unless the total return exceeds 8.0% per annum pre-tax
The Fund is only open to wholesale investors as defined in the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (Clause 3 of Schedule 1) If you meet this criteria you can request the information memorandum.
