Buckland was established to take advantage of smaller opportunities amongst bigger portfolios.  We are able to access investment in larger opportunities where our skill and commercial knowledge makes us an ideal co-investor with larger property fund managers.

We are yield focused  - so buying right is key to our ability to deliver investors a superior cash return.

We provide liquidity to wholesale investors that wish to exit properties syndications or investments that don't provide that liquidity - we can provide that liquidity (if we are happy with the underlying investment ) but only on the basis we meet our yield expectations
